Astor Court is strategically located. It is very near to the bank, stores, and church. When I go downtown, I can go there quickly and for free by taking the Purple bus.
My apartment is comfortable and my neighbors are phenomenal. There are events and a community room that is fully stocked that can be reserved. I show people my apartment and they are always in awe of the location, the quality of the edifice and the hospitality they receive when they inquire about housing.
Clean, spacious, quiet and affordable apartments! Management is efficient and prompt in their response when there is a need to address any maintenance issues. I highly recommend Astor Court to my professional colleagues!
I lived at Astor Court for a couple of years. Always clean, prompt in maintenance issues, reasonable rents very affordable for teachers.
I've been at Astor Court for about a year now and I think it's a great place to live. It’s my first apartment in Baltimore and I've come to find that the location is unbeatable and the complex itself is very accommodating.
I have been a tenant of Astor Court since 2013. The price for rent can not be beat and the apartments are very spacious! I love the fact that the community is made up of mostly teachers.
I have lived in Astor Court since October 2007. The apartments are clean and free of rodents/pests. Even though located on the major street of Saint Paul, city noise is at a minimum as it is relatively quiet. Grocery stores and Hopkins are within walking distance and bus routes are easily caught from outside of the complex.
I moved into Astor Court May of 2014. The management, my neighbors and this neighborhood are friendly! And, during the recent January [2016] snowstorm the sidewalks around the building were completely cleared by Sunday.
